The questions we ask before quoting. Answer them in the line notes and the first reply is usually the final one.
- InfiniBand or Ethernet is decided by the workload and by what the rest of the fabric already runs. Say which, or ask us to recommend.
- Optics and cables are separate lines. Give us the link distances and we add the right transceivers, DACs or AOCs.
- Airflow direction and power supply type are chosen at order time. Tell us how the rack is laid out.
- Switch software and support subscriptions are often separate items. We list them so the quote is complete.
