1. Cookies

pankh.ai uses Microsoft Clarity (see section 4) to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity sets a small number of cookies (currently _clck and _clsk) to recognise your browser across a session and across visits. There are no sign-in sessions, no advertising cookies and no cross-site ad-tracking cookies. If that changes we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any further non-essential cookie is set.

2. Browser storage

The product catalogue keeps your quote list in your browser’s local storage under the key pankh.quoteCart.v1, so the list survives a reload or a closed tab. It holds the products and quantities you added, nothing about you, and it stays on your device: it is only sent to us when you submit a quote request, and it is cleared once that request is received. You can empty it at any time with the remove buttons on the quote page or by clearing site data in your browser.

3. Third-party content

• Vendor icons — some pages load technology-vendor icons from cdn.simpleicons.org. Like any image request, it reveals your IP address and browser type to that service; it sets no cookie.
• Links — LinkedIn, GitHub and WhatsApp links take you to those services, whose own cookie and privacy policies apply from that point.

4. Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors use pankh.ai — page views, clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays — so we can find and fix places the site is confusing. Clarity is configured to mask the text you type into forms (name, email, company, message and similar fields), so what you type into the contact, quote and RFQ forms is not recorded. Clarity is run by Microsoft under its own privacy statement. Our hosting provider separately keeps ordinary web server logs, described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Managing storage in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data through its settings. Blocking local storage for pankh.ai only stops the quote list from surviving a reload; the rest of the site works as before. Questions: ceo@pankh.ai.
