These terms govern your use of pankh.ai and our public marketplace listings, operated by Pankh Technologies LLC (“Pankh AI”). By using the site you accept them. They are informational website terms: no service, licence, or subscription is created by browsing this site or contacting us.

Any feasibility assessment, pilot, deployment, procurement, or other engagement is governed exclusively by a written agreement signed by Pankh AI and the customer, including its own commercial, security, data-protection, and liability terms. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement prevails.

Product capabilities, availability, and specifications may change, and final scope for any engagement is confirmed during qualification.
